What we use and why

We receive the selected app, enquiry type and the message you choose to send. We do not ask for your name or email. Avoid including personal data or sensitive information in your message.

We use your message to handle enquiries, issues and suggestions about our apps, without advertising or subscriptions. Cloudflare processes technical data, including IP addresses, to protect the form from spam.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in handling the feedback you voluntarily send, improving our apps and keeping the service secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We limit the fields, access and use of messages to these purposes. You may object to processing where applicable.

Delivery and providers

The form uses Cloudflare Workers and Turnstile to process and protect submissions. Messages reach the team mailbox, hosted by Gmail (Google). We do not keep an additional message database on the website.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain international transfers and the safeguards they apply.

Retention

Messages are kept while the enquiry is being handled and deleted from the mailbox 12 months after it is closed. The team deletes messages from the mailbox; this is not an automatic form feature. Cloudflare technical logs follow the service retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and, where applicable, portability by contacting [email protected]. Provide information that helps locate your message without unnecessary sensitive data. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not make automated decisions about you or build profiles from feedback.
